Our oncology pipeline brings together complementary therapeutic modalities, including engineered CAR-T cell therapies, oncolytic virus platforms, and precision small molecules. By combining immune engineering with targeted molecular approaches, we aim to selectively attack cancer cells, address treatment resistance, and generate durable anti-tumor responses for patients with difficult-to-treat cancers.

HT-09 is our lead engineered peptide — overexpressed inside CAR-T cells and designed to be actively secreted into the tumor microenvironment. It operates through a dual mechanism of action.
